As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. Your essential job functions will include:
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring that all units are well-maintained.
• Managing tenant relationships, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Handling leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
• Monitoring property budgets and financial management, ensuring profitability and cost-effective operations.
• Implementing and enforcing property policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for tenants.
To excel in this Property Manager role, you will need the following skills:
• 3 years of multi-family experience in property management.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Appfolio software.
• Strong understanding of property budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K options.
