• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety risks• Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies• Promote safe work practices• Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents• Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation• Responds to guest inquiries and requests and resolves guest issues
