Security Monitoring Center Manager Location Auburn Hills, MI : Monitoring Center Manager The Monitoring Center Manager is responsible for the Alarm Monitoring Center and Operations which provides service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The scope includes alarms for all Banking Center & ATMs, Owned and leased facilities and Executive suites in all markets and supplier relationship management. Position Responsibilities: Department Management Responsibilities: Provide management, administration, and emergency support to the AHOC Alarm Monitoring Center. On call and available to respond 24/7 within SE Michigan market. Provide training/coaching on employee performance issues as well as conduct interviews and provide recommendations on new hires. Technical Responsibilities: Maintain a working knowledge of all software utilized in Corporate Security environments as well as the support model for each. Ability to demonstrate advanced programming knowledge on Comerica Bank Security software applications in the Monitoring Center. Understand and troubleshoot security equipment being deployed at Banking Center and Campus locations. Liaison Responsibilities: Work as a liaison officer on all Campus Security issues with Comerica and vendor management. Respond to and support investigations of bank robberies. Work with Auditing, Risk, Compliance and Tech Assurances with regards to security controls in various restricted departments. Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field or High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of progressive related experience 4 years of Customer Service experience 3 years of Security Equipment and/or Security Services environment experience 2 years of experience managing others 2 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Auburn Hills Operations Center 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
