Regions Financial in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a motivated and adaptable Secretary to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:1. Answer and direct phone calls2. Organize and schedule appointments3. Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes and forms4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports5. Develop and maintain a filing system6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures7. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers8. Maintain contact lists9. Book travel arrangements10. Submit and reconcile expense reports11. Provide general support to visitors12. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role2. Strong problem-solving skills3. Creative thinking abilities4. Excellent organization and time management skills5. Proficiency in MS Office6. High school diploma or equivalent7. Full professional proficiency in English
