Responsibilities
• Deliver and architect technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform• Configure and customize solutions in ServiceNow Mainline Applications and Scoped Applications• Develop 3rd party integrations and work with Service Portal• Provide expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs• Work with customers to improve processes and organizational models• Solve complex problems and manage multiple tasks• Deliver technical assessments and project-related reports• Remain innovative, creative, and self-directed• Continuously learn new service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies• Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience delivering/architecting technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform• 4 years of experience in a consulting role, delivering software implementations• Expertise in configuration and customization of ServiceNow solutions• Experience with Service Portal, ServiceNow Application Development, and 3rd Party Integrations• Working proficiency in web services, XML, and JSON• Knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, and relational databases• Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies• Strong consultative skills for software service delivery• Strong knowledge of ITIL foundation• Proven troubleshooting skills• High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
