Our Retail Services team facilitates this by servicing, merchandising, and promoting sales of products, as well as building customer loyalty by listening, answering questions, and assisting them in selecting products based on their needs.
Job Summary As a Seasonal Merchandise Associate, you will join our Retail Services team in achieving successful sales and top-notch customer service by: Maintaining store presentation standards through building displays, fixture installation, store sets, shelf maintenance, down stock, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, display maintenance, and POP installation.Identifying opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals.Providing product knowledge training to store personnel with the intention of allowing them to better drive sales to the end user.Generating sales by increasing brand awareness and trial through direct interactions with consumers in assigned stores.Covering multiple stores daily and participating in promotional events in assigned territory.Assisting and monitoring customer satisfaction.Maintaining a safe work environment by understanding and demonstrating safe work practices at all times.Complying with all company policies and procedures.Completing other duties as assigned.
