Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day activities of seasonal team members• Strategically manage district operations• Ensure company client experience standard is achieved• Maximize efficiency of Tax Preparer work• Lead recruiting efforts and manage interviewing process• Assist with tax education process and flow of teams• Monitor associate performance and adherence to standards• Create and approve work schedules and time cards• Maintain relationships with property managers and landlords• Build the business through client retention and acquisition
Requirements
• Associates Degree or equivalent related business experience• 2 years previous management or supervisory experience• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Reliable transportation, insurance, and driver's license• Proficiency with computer software applications• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 lbs
