Encantado Technical Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master to support the IT program at a major national laboratory.
Facilitate agile teams, apply best practices of the agile methodology, and assign and delegate tasks appropriately to align priorities with the overall schedule and team member capabilities. Responsible for understanding the parameters of each sprint and will foster timely and accurate communication throughout the life of the project. Works closely with the product owner to translate epics, stories, and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for developers. Assist with problem resolution and work to maximize productivity and delivery to the customer. BS/BA in related degree and 2 years of scrum experience required In lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience may be applicable. U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance. Certified Scrum Master Strong communication and teaming skills/experience Experience with software development projects and lifecycle Desired: Certified Scrum Professional This position requires onsite work, therefore candidate must reside in the Albuquerque area. Hybrid work available - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote as required by work.
