JOB DESCRIPTION
By joining Chubb's Personal Risk Services (PRS) Team as a Scrum Master/Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in delivering projects for Personal Lines in the data and analytics space. This mature agile team executes with agile methodology and delivers critical business initiatives for analytics, actuaries and data science.
In this role, you will: Conduct all Agile ceremonies Work closely with the Data Product Owner on Feature refinement and prioritization Manage the offshore team members Conduct Quarterly planning sessions Manage the budget Execute on-time, on-budget delivery with quality Staff the team as needed Align stakeholders and all impacted downstream and other IT areas as needed Escalate and/or resolve blockers Coach the team on agile practices Apply strong communication, collaboration, risk mitigation, contingency management and problem solving to provide leadership and strategic direction for the team Provide input to all Governance and Dashboard reporting for the team's assigned work for Steering committee meetings and Governance boards QUALIFICATIONS At ABOUT US
