Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile PLM, Scrum, and Omni-Channel Communication
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Knowledge of various telecommunication channels is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project scopes and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption of Scrum and Agile methodologies across project teams, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master within a technology-driven environment.
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to define project scope and deliverables that support business goals.
- Oversee the development of user stories and backlogs to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned to project strategy.
- Provide coaching on Agile practices and Scrum to teams, enhancing their understanding and implementation.
- Ensure the design and implementation of project work is in compliance with company standards and guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, communicating project status and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in Agile PLM and Scrum methodologies, applying best practices to all project activities.
- Demonstrated leadership in facilitating discussions and conflict resolution.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing stringent deadlines.
