Responsibilities for this Position Job description Job Description About the Role:
Individual with SAFe Agile team experience to be a Scrum Master for Advanced products software/Systems scrum team working on the worlds premier Land Based Defense Vehicle Manufacturer . A Scrum M aster will continuously work with the team and the product owner to deliver valuable products , services and solutions to meet the business objectives. Provides team leadership, coaching, facilitation, coordination, and communication. Facilitates Cross Scrum team communication and collaboration as needed.

Agile S crum Master for a team of Embedded software & controls Engineers /Systems Engineers Develop ing application software for multiple domain areas across new/advanced platform s . Improving ART performance Building High-Performing Teams Improving Flow of work Supporting Iteration Execution Facilitating PI planning events Works with RTE to ensure the ART meets its overall PI objectives. Coordinates with other Scrum Master, the System Team, and Shared Services during PI planning Participates in Coach Syn Fosters normalized estimating withing the team. Hosts and organizes Scrum Team ceremonies : Backlog Refinement, Iteration Planning, Team Sync, Iteration review, Iteration Retrospective . Coaches team and individual Team members Be a servant leader that facilitates the growth and effectiveness of others. The ideal candidate must have the following skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extremely well organized Listen and support team members in decision identification. Understands and empathizes with others. Encourages and supports individual personal development. Persuades rather tha n uses authority. Thinks beyond the day-to-day Seeks help without diminishing the commitment of others. Is Open and appreciates openness in others. Qualifications Sought:
Bachelor of Science degree in : C omputer E ngineering , Software Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering or related discipline/experience. Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Scaled agile Framework development environment. Experience with JIRA and knowledge on the interpretation/recommendations of Jira Metric. Minimum of 3 years developing software for embedded systems. 7-10 years total experience in the software/feature development industry (software, systems, Testing, etc. ) Understanding of Electrical and mechanical hardware systems Understanding of common software architectural constructs. Able to bring continuous Improvement processes and methodologies to the position. Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and organization al skills are required. Familiar with Safety critical systems and software. ( ie : Mil Std 882E, ISO 26262, or similar product Safety standard ) . Experience with common software development tools and practices. Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends. Bonus Experience Sought:
Master's Degree in related discipline . Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Scrum professional (CSP), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred. Fam iliar with DevOps / DevSecOps principals Familiar with CI/CD pipelines creation and use Familiar with G round Common Infrastructure Architecture (G CIA ) Familiar with F uture Airborne Capability Environment (F ACE ) architecture Familiar with M odular O pen systems A pproach (MOSA) This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance.
