You will facilitate collaboration, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include:WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONScrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.Collaboration: Foster collaboration within and between cross-functional teams, promoting communication and transparency. Facilitate discussions and decision-making to drive project success.Obstacle Removal: Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress. Proactively address challenges to ensure the team can deliver value without disruptions.Continuous Improvement: Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Encourage reflection, feedback, and the adoption of best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics. Provide visibility into the team's performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog. Ensure alignment between business goals and development efforts.Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching on Agile principles and practices. Mentor team members in the adoption of Agile methodologies and help them grow in their roles.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience.Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Strong facilitation and communication skills.Proven ability to identify and resolve obstacles.Dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
