Astrix is quickly becoming one of the leading firms in the US and we are looking for a motivated and driven Scientific Recruiter to work onsite the Red Bank, NJ office. (This job is not remote) Great opportunity for new grads with some light experience in sales, customer service or the service industry (server/barista/etc). This is a Monday-Friday position (Full-time/internal role). There will be two weeks training to ensure a successful start in the role!
SUMMARY The Scientific Recruiter will be responsible for locating talented individuals whose skills and expertise exceed our client's expectations through creative sourcing and networking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES + Full cycle recruiting process including but not limited to screening, interviewing, matching of candidate and client needs, resume counseling, reference checks, managing offers, and consultant/placement care.
+ Must have strong analytical skill and be a self-starter.
+ Participates in the assessment and execution of client's staffing projects.
+ Generate business leads to continually grow candidate and client pipelines.
+ Become an expert on the market trends thru networking and society participation.
+ Develop create strategies and plans for all aspects of recruiting.
+ Manage relationships with existing clients by identifying needs and/or issues.
+ Participate in team and corporate meetings to exceed future recruiting needs.
QUALIFICATIONS + A bachelor's degree
+ Must have some work or internship experience from college (experience in sales, customer service, server, etc.)
+ Go-getter mentality, positive attitude, money-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills
+ Self-motivated individual who is driven to succeed and be a collaborative team player.
+ Proficiency in MS Office
+ Reliable transportation to commute to Red Bank, NJ office
COMPENSATION $50,000/year plus monthly commission
BENEFITS Employees (and their families) can elect medical coverage, dental coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (medical-after qualification period-and dental), and Health Savings Accounts.
