Scheduling Coordinator

Are you an adaptable and detail-oriented professional looking to work in a growing company? You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.Responsibilities:Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.We are looking for someone who:Wants to join a growing office and companyEnjoys a fast paced work environmentHas at least one year of experience working in home care/healthcareHas at least one year of recruiting experienceCornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors.
