Description: Responsible for creation and maintenance of the project Master Schedule Coordinating work team activities and supporting the Project Managers (PMs) Partnering with contractor schedules to integrate into master schedule Provide integrated cost loaded, resource loaded, and logic driven schedules, if applicable High communication with stakeholders, contractors, and all applicable parties You may interact and partner with these teams (If applicable) Corporate engineering team Manufacturing leadership teams EHS & QRC teams Procurement Team External engineering and construction management firms Contractors of all disciplines The ideal candidate for this role would possess –
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of construction managers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with project management software and tools (MS Project). Additional Skills & Qualifications: Not much estimating, not much cost but pure build and update schedule.
Level 1 and Level 2 = high level schedule.
Build the original schedule while looking at design requirements. Project not fully defined, only partially funded but needs to start building schedule!
Schedule major pieces of equipment, incorporate timelines (FOB), etc…
Potential Site Visit for a planning meeting but not a requirement (if approved by Actalent internal for travel to MX).
Software – Microsoft Project (No primavera or SAP).
Certifications – N/A
