SCCM:
Should have strong knowledge and experience in SCCM Experience design, installation and configuration and administration of Microsoft System Configuration Manager. Strong knowledge and experience on SCCM Upgradation. Good knowledge on new features released in SCCM and ability to implement if required. Strong Knowledge on Cloud Management Gateway(CMG). Strong Experience and Knowledge on troubleshooting issues in OS Deployment, Software distribution, Client remediation, Patch management and Software deployment using SCCM. Must be identifying and fixing SCCM Health Issues Depth knowledge of SCCM troubleshooting on Infrastructure and Client side. Expert in WSUS /SUP solution for Microsoft Security Patch Compliance. Knowledge on Automatic Deployment Rule (ADR) for Patching. Strong Knowledge on PowerShell scripting. Knowledge in SQL and SSRS would be an added benefit. Good knowledge on Windows Servers. Knowledge or experience in supporting SCOM or other equivalent monitoring tools. SOP creation to enhance efficiency across the team on SCCM related activities. Knowledge in SDK to write application programs, customized report. Should have strong experience on operational support for Automation tools. Should possess great verbal and written communication. Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards for purposes of identifying and remediating issues. Analysis of problems with the existing infrastructure and work with the vendor support for RCA and resolutions.
