Job Description:

As an SBA Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's Small Business Administration (SBA) loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit underwriting with specific experience in SBA lending. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the bank's SBA loan portfolio.
Conduct credit analysis and underwriting for SBA loan applications.
Ensure compliance with SBA regulations and internal policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with SBA clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Provide exceptional service to customers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of credit underwriting experience, specifically in SBA lending.
Strong understanding of SBA regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
