A global manufacturer of honeycomb core, composite structures and cleanrooms for aerospace, automotive and marine is looking for hard workers just like you! 
Using appropriate saw, cut honeycomb material into designated shape and size to meet customer specifications.  Inspect and finish material and prepare for shipment. 
This will be a TEMPORARY assignment.  This is no guarantee on how long it will last, planning for 60 to 90 days.  If this individual is working out well, they hope to have another opportunity for them, but again there is no guarantee what will be available.  Potentially someone looking for a temporary job to make more money for Christmas would be ideal.

Job Requirements
  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Determine the customer requirements per the work order.Identify what material needs to be cut for the day from the production work order.Obtain raw honeycomb materials from extrusion/expansion areas.Set up saws according to cutting instruction.Cut honeycomb into shapes and sizes designated by the customer requirements.Perform and record all necessary information to ensure traceability and quality.Report production results at the end of the shift on all necessary documents and or software.Properly dispose of scrap material per Plascore, Inc. non-conforming material procedure.Properly identify all material to ensure traceability.Follow all work orders and process specifications.Monitor equipment and maintain in good working order.Perform inventory checks on a quarterly basis.Assist other production areas as required.Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery.Improve job efficiency and performance through idea suggestions.Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.Help remove blocks from frames.Assist extruder operators during breaks #IND456
