CMC is currently seeking for a SAP S/4 Program Manager to spearhead the design and program execution roadmap, while also providing comprehensive oversight on program budget. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with the SAP Platform and have a keen desire to lead and introduce new business functionalities within CMC. A profound understanding of architecting solutions for expansive, global-scale projects is essential, along with expertise in the implementation of SAP's functional areas namely Finance, Project Systems, Procurement, Production, and Sales with industry best practices.
As an integral member of a global team, the role demands effective coordination and communication with teams dispersed globally, ensuring uniform service delivery to CMC's internal and external customers, as well as auditors. This position offers an exceptional chance to gain practical experience with existing SAP Systems and to prepare for the upcoming transition to the S/4 platform.

What You'll Do
Direct a multidisciplinary team to guide SAP S/4 transition while adhering to industry standards
Engage with IT specialists and developers to steer technical design in line with strategic goals and technical norms
Contribute to thought leadership in technology, leveraging innovation to enhance business functions
Investigate and appraise cutting-edge technologies to propose improvements for business processes and competitive edge
Oversee vendor partnerships, maintain service level agreements, and negotiate strategically to reduce costs
Coordinate and expedite the resolution of issues, managing tasks and project milestones from inception to completion
Address problem-solving through comprehensive root cause analysis and implementing corrective measures
Liaise with various non-technical and technical teams
Deliver training and support throughout the system implementation phase
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on effective facilitation
Adhere to software development life cycle protocols and best practices in the industry
Implement project management practices and maintain discipline
Convert business needs into functional designs and document technical specifications
Foster proactive collaboration, encouraging teamwork with transparent communication
Collect business user requirements for support, project approvals, and SAP enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure SAP configurations and development objects meet design specifications
Maintain rigorous processes for detailed program specifications, ensuring high-quality configuration and object creation
Partner with business units and IT teams to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions for business or technological hurdles
What You'll Need
10+ years hands on SAP experience predominantly in SAP functional areas Finance, Project Systems, Procurement, Production, Sales
Experience with SAP RISE technical architecture, cloud application services, role and responsibilities
Experience with managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and driving cost savings through strategic negotiations
At least five full implementation project/deployment lifecycle experience with solution architect on three of them
Experience as Program lead architect in at least one SAP full lifecycle implementation
Experience with implementing solutions using SAP S/4, IBP, ECC, SCM, EWM, HANA, BI, PO, MES, GRC and COUPA
Prior Project Management and Architect experience
Knowledge of best practices solutions
SAP support and project rollout experience
Knowledge of Fiori and S/4 HANA suite of applications
Ability to collaborate and lead a global team
Able to adapt in a changing technology and work environment
Be a self-starter and a champion for change
Excellent Communication (written and verbal)
Your Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field; or equivalent experience required.
