Role: SAP MII/MES Consultant Location: Danville, Kentucky // Akron, Ohio Duration: Fulltime Key words: SAP MII, SAP MES, SAP UI5, SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems, Integration with SAP ERP JOB DETAILS
'1. Support and Deliver MES Solution via remote access to the application solution developed using SAP ME/MII/UI5
2.Advice and Guidance to the Users of the system
3.Investigating system errors, identifying root causes, and implementing solution
4.Responding to user queries and resolving technical issues related to SAP MII / MES
5.Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes.
6.Troubleshooting integration issues and maintaining data consistency
7.Analyzing data flow and ensuring data integrity within SAP MII.
8.Preventative Maintenance e.g., daily checks
9.Support for multiple environments: Sandpit, Dev, QA, Pre-Production and Production
10. SLA & Service review via Teleconference every month assess tickets.
11.Investigation of Incidents and provision of Fixes in accordance with SLAs
12.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
13.Ensuring seamless integration between SAP MII and other systems (such as SAP ERP).
