Details of the offer

Full job description How would you help us cultivate a smooth and effective Salesforce environment to enable our global expansion? Keepit is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help us administrate our Salesforce & Systems infrastructure.

We are growing fast as a company and are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. We are currently expanding across the globe and need to ensure that the main platform our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization relies on is operating efficiently, allowing them to bring our market-leading solution to more customers. Therefore, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to become an integral part of our global Revenue Operations team.

As a Salesforce Administrator , you will play a vital role in optimizing our Salesforce environment, which integrates with various solutions to support our dynamic GTM Operations. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining and enhancing the platform to ensure its smooth operation and scalability. As well as serve as one of the admins of our CPQ tool, Dealhub.

Key responsibilities will include: System Maintenance and Optimization: Regularly update and fine-tune the Salesforce platform based on the latest releases and best practices to enhance functionality and performance. Support and Collaboration: Support our Salesforce user community within the company, providing guidance, improved architecture, and driving user adoption. Integration Management: Assist in integrating Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms. Compliance and Governance: Conduct regular reviews of policies, processes, and procedures to maintain system integrity and compliance. Project Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements that align with business needs, focusing on practical solutions that drive business growth and go-to-market success.

As a Salesforce Administrator you will be joining our Revenue Operations team, reporting to our Vice President of Revenue Operations, Jesse Morris. You will work alongside the rest of our Systems team including learning from our Salesforce Platform Manager.

We offer flexible work conditions and take pride in being an equal opportunity employer, recognizing how being a diverse workplace strengthens our product, customer relationships, and work culture.

A fair and transparent recruitment process We know that it is just as important that you choose us as the other way around. We strive to cultivate a culture where you feel you belong – this starts in the recruitment process. Therefore, to be fair and transparent, we want to present the assessment criteria we will use in the hiring process, if you choose to participate.

1. Salesforce Expertise: We seek a candidate proficient in managing and configuring Salesforce, including handling essential administrative functions, user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and more. It is expected that the candidate is a certified Salesforce Administrator.

2. Tech-savvy: We seek a candidate who is competent in Salesforce integrations and understands system capabilities. 3. Business acumen: We respect and understand that doing business as a SaaS company poses unique challenges and defines requirements for the customer journey and the tool stack to facilitate it. A good grasp of business operations, especially in a SaaS environment, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions will be highly valuable to this role.

4. Collaborating with International Business Units: A critical task for our Salesforce team is to translate business requirements to Salesforce solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders across our global Go-To-Market Organization. This requires interdisciplinary collaboration with teams in sales and marketing across our different regions. At the same time, the ability to proactively take initiative in projects that can lead to better business outcomes is necessary for this role.

5. A structured approach to task management: Operating in a fast-paced environment requires the ability to scope and prioritize tasks alongside the rest of the Systems Team. It is key to be structured and detail oriented all while managing and executing multiple projects at the same time. Having strong communication and stakeholder management skills are important to this role.

6. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Keepit is expanding and on this journey, we are looking for talented and passionate people who are motivated by the possibility to make an impact on our organization. We are looking for a candidate with grit and tenacity to achieve our ambitious goals and possesses the confidence to speak up if there is a better solution than the direction we are heading. This comes from an ability to see the whole picture and will to work in an environment that is ever changing as we scale. We strive to protect and nurture our strong work communities and the unique Keepit culture.

Keepit is a fast-growing IT scale-up with 22+ years of experience in software and data protection. Our mission is to help companies around the world protect and manage their cloud-based data.
