As a Salesforce Administrator / Business Operations Engineer at Shippeo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales, marketing, and operational systems. This position requires a polyvalent professional who can administer Salesforce CRM, integrate various systems, and contribute to the architecture and optimization of our technology stack.CRM Administration & DevelopmentPerform general Salesforce administration tasks, including user and profile management, object management, and workflow configurationDevelop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning componentsFacilitate seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and efficient collaboration between sales and marketing teamsDevelop and maintain REST routes in APEX to sync Salesforce and Shippeo back-officeDesign and maintain order management solution in SalesforceBusiness & Operations System Integration & ArchitectureAdvise on the selection of tools, frameworks and softwares to achieve Shippeo's long and mid-term objectivesEnsure the different software applications and tools used across the organization can communicate seamlessly, optimizing workflows and data flowProvide ongoing support for integrated tools, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing configurationsBe proactive to learn and stay updated with the industry best practicesBusiness Operations Excellence & AutomationDesign and implement automation solutions to streamline business processesThis may involve creating scripts, workflows, or utilizing automation tools to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and minimize errorsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of experience as a CRM/Salesforce Administrator or Business Operations Engineer in a growing SaaS companySalesforce Administrator CertificationFamiliarity with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration preferredUnderstanding of API development and RESTful servicesKnolwedge of APEX programming languageExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative team playerStrong attention to detailFluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageousAdditional InformationRecruitment Process :Preliminary call with our Talent Acquisition Manager1st interview with the Hiring ManagerBusiness CaseFinal InterviewWe are looking for talents who share our values:??
