Ford Pro Intelligence provides telematics and fleet management services to commercial and fleet customers.Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, the Salesforce Admin - CRM Analytics will be the go-to individual for creating reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.The position requires experience in Salesforce Development and CRM Analytics Development.

Responsibilities
• Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.• Building custom reports and dashboards.• Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.• Providing best practices direction and implementation approaches for content governance, processes, version control, and UI consistency within CRMA.• Translating reporting requirements from various sources into user-friendly interfaces within CRMA.• Having a foundational understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud data models.• Importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.• Providing Salesforce training and end-user support.• Mentoring and coordinating the development efforts of other CRMA Developers.• Conducting training and shadowing to develop the team's business insights.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.• 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and CRMA Development.• Experience creating interactive and advanced CRMA dashboards.• Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.• Advanced proficiency using SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).• Experience with Agile Salesforce & Analytics Development Practices.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• 3+ years in any Salesforce CRM application process experience highly preferred.• Tableau CRMA & Einstein Discovery Certification preferred.• Copado experience a plus.
