WHAT YOU'LL DO Ownership of the sales team at the dealership by participating in interviews, job offers, training, and development of Sales Advisors Responsible for training and developing the skills of the Sales Advisors with our Negotiation Free Sales method and Single Point of Contact Assist Sales Advisors in trade appraisals by test driving, obtaining vehicle photos, and entering vehicle condition and specifications Assist Sales Advisors in processing financing applications for guests through our partner lenders and preparing the financial paperwork for guest acceptance Ensure all guests receive an exceptional sales experience by reviewing all deals prior to finalization and checking in on the guest's experience Meet with General Manager to establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits Take ownership for condition of the lot and dealership to ensure it is secure and professional in appearance Schedule: Monday-Thursday with shifts ranging 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Sunday and a weekday off. Weekly hours averaging 45+. Pay: Earning potential of $120,000+ annually between salary and bonuses; base salary (based on experience) plus monthly bonus based on dealership performance.
