After your initial phase (2 - 4 months) you will begin leading and motivating a team of talented sales representatives in the supplemental benefits industry. Your leadership skills, combined with your expertise in sales and industry knowledge, will drive the teams success and help us achieve our objectives of realizing our own goals while making a significant impact on the client we serve. Sales and Leadership Responsibilities: Drive new business at or above sales targets Effectively present products to clients and move though defined sales cycle quickly.
