The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 5 Sales Executives. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets by leading and motivating the sales team.
The Sales Team Leader plays a critical role in driving the success of the organization by leading a highperforming sales team contributing to revenue growth and maintaining a strong market presence.
Responsibilities Leadership : Provide guidance mentorship and direction to the sales team ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies plans and tactics to maximize market penetration revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets and goals for the team monitor individual and collective performance and take proactive measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Coaching and Training : Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and training to sales executives to enhance their product knowledge sales techniques and customer relationship management skills.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations assess sales metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members recognize achievements and address areas needing improvement
Educational Qualifications: Any Undergraduate degree
Work Experience required: Total sales Experience of 5 years of which a Minimum 2 years should be in selling Nonproducts That are concepts or customized Solutions. (A few examples are InsuranceReal estate CCTV systems photocopiers Automation systemsSoftware Advertisement & media or similar concepts.)
