SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Team Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our reseller program's growth and ensuring operational excellence. As a key liaison, you'll foster seamless communication between teams and drive efficiency in sales processes, all while leading a dedicated team towards success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between teams, facilitating smooth communication and operations.
Team Oversight: Lead and mentor our partner success management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Process Optimization: Enhance sales and onboarding processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in the reseller landscape.
Training and Onboarding: Direct the training of new resellers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools for success.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling marketing messages and promotions.
Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Policy Development: Develop and document policies and procedures to streamline sales operations.
Escalation Management: Address sales-related escalations promptly and effectively, ensuring partner satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with new resellers, providing support and fostering integration.
Sales Planning: Develop and execute territory sales plans tailored to individual success managers.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team quotas and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Reporting: Maintain organized reporting systems to track sales metrics and team performance.
Retention Strategies: Contribute to ongoing strategies to retain clients and resellers, minimizing attrition.
Project Assistance: Provide valuable support on projects to management and executives as needed.
Client Servicing: Attend to existing portfolio requests, ensuring continued client satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
Sales Experience: Demonstrated success with 5+ years in sales roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payments and point of sales industries and their offerings.
Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead sales team members to achieve collective goals.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and teams.
Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating deals and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes.
Analytical Skills: Capacity to analyze sales data and identify trends to drive performance improvements.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools for effective customer management.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively across departments towards common goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust sales strategies in response to market changes.
