Responsibilities
• Maintains inventory and sells retail products• Accepts and delivers packages and accountable mail• Handles customer claims and inquiries• Provides product and service information to customers• Processes customer purchases and returns• Maintains appearance of retail lobby• Conducts product inventories• Verifies and records sales floor inventory• Distributes mail based on knowledge of distribution scheme• Performs passport duties as assigned
