Responsibilities
• Manage sales data and compile reports• Develop sales proposals• Schedule meetings with sales stakeholders• Track contract renewal and expiration• Organize contract documentation within CRM• Facilitate inbound sales leads• Review CRM for data quality and accuracy• Schedule and coordinate customer meetings• Complete supplier registration for clients• Update CRM with new contacts
Requirements
• Associate's Degree in Business Management & Administration or related field• 1-3 years' experience in Process & Reporting Development/Management and Administrative Support• Additional relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree• Additional qualifications: Proposal Development, Data Tracking and Report Development, Salesforce CRM utilization, Microsoft Outlook and Office utilization, strong organizational and time management skills, professional communication skills, intermediate to advanced computer skills, self-motivated, ability to work independently in fast-paced environment, willingness to learn and adapt, ability to work with different types of people• Bonus qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business-related field, experience in proposal development, Salesforce CRM utilization
