The Responsibilities Generate company growth by speaking with candidates, looking for new hires and identifying potential fits Partner with hiring managers to establish expectations and rapport for new employees Make Outbound calls to qualified applicants Manage candidate pools by using ATS to follow up and identify career opportunities The Qualifications Highly developed communication skills Have a desire to WIN Proven customer service experience Customer first driven mentality Self-motivated, discipline, and career oriented Have a proven track record working independently while following proven systems and processes Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction Proficient with technology Prior Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience preferred BA/BS preferred The Compensation Base Pay plus uncapped  bonuses Total compensation potential: $45,000-$54,000+/yr The Benefits Certified Great Place to Work Stability- We are growing and expanding with no plans to slow down!
