General Summary: The Sales Support Administrator will function as a key member of our commercial team and will be accountable for performing a variety of administrative duties in support of our customers, patients, and business teams. This role will have regular interaction across all company departments, be well supported through formal training and direct coaching, and affords future career advancement opportunities into sales, customer service, and finance roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a team setting, be well organized, have excellent communication skills, and display a strong drive for continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and meeting business targets.
This position is located at our Beachwood, Ohio headquarters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with existing customers and physicians through excellent communication via phone and email, responding quickly to inquiries. Enter and maintain complete and accurate customer records in Salesforce to enable digital marketing campaigns. Receive and process patient prescriptions and sales orders, working directly with physicians through email, phone, and fax to ensure information is accurate and complete. Evaluate patient medical histories to determine appropriate sales workflow. All other duties as assigned. Requirements: Ability to communicate professionally via phone and e-mail. High attention to detail, possessing outstanding organizational skills. Computer proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc. Preferred: Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
