We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales revenue through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship building. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
As a Sales Specialist at Sunlit Strategies, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by actively prospecting, engaging, and closing new sales opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Identifying and Targeting Prospects:** Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms to identify and engage with potential clients within the target market.
* **Conducting Sales Presentations:** Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, showcasing the unique value propositions and benefits of the company's services.
* **Building Client Relationships:** Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized attention to their needs and preferences.
* **Negotiating and Closing Sales**: Employ effective sales techniques to negotiate terms, overcome objections, and ultimately secure profitable sales agreements that meet or exceed revenue targets.
* **Collaborating with the Internal Team:** Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of solutions to our clients.
* **Staying Informed and Proactive:** Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and anticipate customer needs proactively.
* **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreaches to prospects, sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress and provide regular reports and updates to management.
* **Representation:** Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services to generate leads.
The candidate will be provided with a **six month** service contract and will have weekly check-in meetings with their supervisor to check on progress and deliverables. The Sales Specialist will work remotely for the duration of the contract. The contract is renewable based on performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate is expected to hold the following qualifications in order to meet the requirements of the position: 
* Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding targets.
* Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze data.
* Pays attention to detail in tasks like data entry, analysis, and scheduling, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
* Efficiently manages time and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and optimize productivity in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Demonstrates dependability and trustworthiness in handling tasks and sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic or Spanish is desirable. 
COMPENSATION
This is a **commission-only** position with no base salary. The successful candidate will earn a competitive commission based on the sales revenue generated. Commission rates and incentives will be discussed during the interview process.
