Responsibilities
• Drive new business pipeline from assigned brokers and consultants• Meet or exceed annual business plan• Maintain monthly broker call activity and new business quote activity• Foster and expand deep broker and consultant relationships• Manage the new business sales process• Partner with internal service partners to develop strategies for upsell penetration• Deliver and participate in all aspects of renewal process• Attend and participate in industry events• Maintain compliance tracking in appropriate systems• Participate in new hire trainings and ongoing upskill training

• High energy and self-motivation• Sense of urgency and take charge attitude• Ability to develop quality business relationships• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Excellent presentation skills• Ability to work independently and as a team player• Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and products• Acceptable driving record• 1-3 years of experience in sales or related field strongly preferred• BA/BS Degree preferred• Excellent MS Office skills
