Responsibilities
• Effectively communicate company's value proposition to potential customers• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges• Overcome objections and close sales• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions• Continually source new sales opportunities• Create a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships• Network and perform outreach to realtors• Manage time efficiently and meet sales goals• Maintain and expand prospect database• Attend sales meetings• Conduct business professionally and ethically• Develop and maintain rapport with customers and team members• Ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
• Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience• Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and be able to drive• Ability to utilize sales applications on a smart device• Proficiency with MS Office and email• Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend, lift, and move• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions• Licensing requirements may apply• Prior CRM software experience preferred• Previous sales experience preferred• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation
