Sales Representative

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a driven Sales Representative, ideally with experience selling into coffee shops or cafes to sell our Client's dosage device and CBD products in the Denver / Boulder, Colorado Area.  

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing () is the premier Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Management Firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

You will use your sales experience to grow the number of cafes and restaurants using our Client's dosage device for CBD products. You will also use your 1+ years of experience selling hemp/ CBD products or food production products, to establish and maintain a consultative relationship with coffee shops and restaurants. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will use this knowledge to train and help to present solutions to customers.

You're known for your exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close sales using your proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You are able to use your problem solving skills, along with your active listening and analytical skills, to understand customer's needs to identify new product applications. If you are reliable, assertive, and resilient and have proven your ability to use your cannabis and hemp knowledge to establish credibility & rapport with clients, building professional relationships with them, then this could be the right role for you. This position will also require up to 75% travel. You must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Compensation: $45K Base + Commission
