ECM has immediate openings for experienced a Renewal Contracts Specialist for our Home Warranty Service Contract Department. High closing percentage of inbound calls/leads for our home warranty service renewal contracts Customer quote and contract creation Timely follow up on all leads not closed same day Job Requirements: 5+ yrs consultative customer service experience required Excellent customer service skills Contract Renewals or warranty sales experience a plus Ability to learn, retain and communicate service and product information effectively Ability to multi-task & handle pressure Must be detail oriented, self motivated and posses solid follow up skills Strong computer, data entry and administrative skills required Bi-lingual a plus We offer: Competitive compensation average $16.00-20.00 per hour Weekly payroll Paid training Career advancement opportunities Benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, Paid vacation, paid sick/personal, retirement plan, and 401(k).
