Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and refining our sales processes. This position offers a hybrid-remote setup, alternating between days at our Asheville headquarters and remote workdays.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and effectively sell our products
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance workflows and efficiency
Maintain accurate records through CRM data entry
Follow up diligently with promising leads
Conduct interactions with prospects via phone or virtual meetings
Generate standardized quotes using efficient templates
Assist in crafting marketing materials and responding to RFPs
Coordinate with project managers to ensure project infrastructures are feasible
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing
Strong problem-solving abilities and independent thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with proactive work tendencies
Proficiency in prospecting and presenting ideas
Willingness to grasp technical concepts related to security technology
Enthusiastic about achieving sales targets
Familiarity with local government procurement processes is advantageous
Background or knowledge in IT is a plus
