Job Title: Sales Representative Position Overview: Our client, a well-established Waste Collection company, is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to enhance their residential sales team. The Sales Representative will focus on increasing the client base, including servicing homeowners and small businesses, with an emphasis on effective communication and relationship building, including interactions with homeowners' associations (HOAs).
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain residential customers, acting as a committed Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, build and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, including interactions with HOAs. Perform assessments of customer needs and pitch tailored waste collection solutions as a knowledgeable Sales Representative. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction data in the company's CRM system as part of the Sales Representative duties. Coordinate with the customer service and operational teams to ensure that service delivery aligns with customer expectations, a crucial role for a Sales Representative. Participate in local community events to promote the company's services, enhancing the visibility and community engagement responsibilities of a Sales Representative. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, showcasing the performance-driven nature of the Sales Representative role. Qualifications: Proven track record as a Sales Representative, preferably in the waste collection or environmental services industry. Experience in dealing with residential clients and community groups, including homeowners' associations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building relationships and engaging effectively with clients. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, important for the organizational tasks of a Sales Representative. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally as needed.
