Responsibilities
• Assist guests through the purchase process• Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft• Make introductions to other departments for cross-selling• Follow up on prospects and customers• Enter data into CRM• Stay up to date with brand and product knowledge• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year experience in customer service• Minimum 6+ months experience in sales• Knowledge of powersports industry• Available to work a flexible schedule• Attention to detail and organized• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency with Office Suite, smartphone, email, and social media• Riding experience and motorcycle endorsement desired• Punctuality is key
