Sales Planner - Supply/Demand Planning

The Sales Planner is responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and developing sales plans for a company's products or services. This role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure supply meets customer demand.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales data and trends to create sales forecasts Develop sales plans to meet customer demands and optimize portfolio performance Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure supply meets customer demand Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management Provide analysis of opportunities and make recommendations for improvement Identify areas of potential growth and develop strategies for maximizing these areas Analyze pricing, margins, and promotional activities to maximize profitability Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the company Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales planning, forecasting, or demand planning role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Six Sigma is a plus Benefits 401(k)
