Responsibilities
• Complete and implement CSV mail merge as requested• Act as a liaison with vendors, sales reps, customer service, and other departments• Prepare quotes, return requests, order entry, issue resolution, case entry, etc.• Maintain sales rep sample accounts• Manage freight claims and LTL claims• Process credits and rebills• Package tracking and provide support for Outside Sales Representatives• Enter quotes for one-time purchases or ongoing contracts• Promote and maintain positive customer relations• Process purchase orders received by Outside Sales Representatives
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role• Solid computer and data entry skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Excellent customer service skills
