Lizard Thicket Boutique, Murfreesboro is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of the store's sales and manage the objectives and productivity of each stylist. The ideal candidate for this position would demonstrate steadfast leadership ability and possess excellent communication and problem solving skills. Previous supervisory experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to organize and implement various sales tactics in order to effectively reach the store's sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI) each month. The Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring the performance of each stylist and offering ideas to maximize sales potential, as well as providing solutions to any customer-consultant conflicts that may arise. Responsibilities:
Partner in overseeing daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision with the store manager. Manage inventory control to ensure products are stocked and restocked appropriately, deter shrinkage and ensure product availability. Effectively communicate with both the store manager and employee to determine the best strategies to reach sales goals and KPI's. Set objectives for and assess performance of employee. Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. Implement a sales plan that will optimize each consultant's strengths and monitor the resulting progress. Establish honest and transparent relationships with customers to build a strong customer base and positive image in the community. Utilize sales performance reports to present to the owners to gauge effectiveness of implemented strategies. Identify which merchandise areas are in need of growth and adjust sales plan accordingly. Develop and implement store policies and procedures to maintain efficiency. Collaborate with store management on budgeting and financial planning. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team. Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising techniques. Requirements:
Previous experience as a retail sales manager or team lead, successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to communicate effectively with people from all different backgrounds and skill sets. Proven ability to lead sales team to achieve personal and business goals alike. Demonstrates powerful and respectful people management skills. Availability to work weekends and evenings. Enjoy making all customers feel confident and beautiful.
