Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors• Manage all aspects of retail business, including sales, service, and operational excellence• Promote a culture of accountability and drive company profitability• Plan and execute in-store events• Review and interpret financial and operational reporting• Perform make-up applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attract, hire, and retain top talent• Support associate professional development• Establish strong brand partner relationships• Promote a culture of teamwork and guest service excellence• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program• Support continuous improvement and execute day-to-day inventory control processes• Communicate and provide feedback to field leadership
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Financial management experience• Retail management experience• Leadership management experience• Proficiency with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible
