Five day work week. Off on Sunday and Monday.

Job Descriptions: This position oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Motorcycle Sales Department. Ensures that the Sales Department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profits. Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and customer service programs. Determine sales quotas for sales personnel. Oversee sales, trade-ins and delivery of all new and used motorcycles. Maintains training curriculum for all Sales personnel via HDU Training Portal. Submits payroll bi-weekly. Creates and distributes department monthly schedules to be included with the dealership master schedule. Monitors and approves employees' time sheets.
