Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors and drive sales, service, and operational excellence.• Promote a culture of accountability and exceed store goals.• Plan and execute in-store events.• Review financial and operational reporting.• Perform make-up applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.• Attract, hire, and retain top talent.• Support associate professional development.• Establish strong brand partner relationships.• Promote teamwork and guest service excellence.• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program and drive business results.
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Experience in financial management, retail management, and leadership management.• Proficient with basic technology and excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills.• Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and be flexible.
