Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors• Manage all aspects of the retail business, excluding boutiques• Promote accountability and exceed store goals for sales, service, and operations• Drive company profitability through operational excellence• Plan and execute in-store events• Review financial and operational reporting• Perform make-up applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attract, hire, and retain top talent• Support associate professional development• Establish strong brand partner relationships• Promote teamwork and guest service excellence• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program• Support continuous improvement and inventory control• Communicate and provide feedback to field leadership
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Financial management skills• Retail management skills• Leadership management skills• Proficiency with basic technology• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
