Crystal Creek Assisted Living is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating leads and selling apartments to prospective residents utilizing marketing and sales techniques as required.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the assisted and independent living industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with prospective residents and their families. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring effective follow-through on all aspects of the sales process. Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. As an advocate for potential residents, the Sales Manager shares information about the community, gives tours to potential residents and their family members, closes the deal and works with leadership to create and maintain an inviting and welcoming community to all residents.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Direct sales experience in apartment sales, retirement living sales and/or leasing experience preferred.   Excellent time management skills including managing multiple events, clients and prospective residents at the same time. Self-starter, highly motivated with high energy level.
