Sales Lead Manager

Apply today if this describes you!Responsibilities:Create and maintain connections with key group and catering accounts in order to keep and expand our market shareConduct yourself as a professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing planPlan and compile the department budget in accordance with the hotel's overall sales objectives and strategy, with the assistance of the director of sales and marketingGenerate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networkingStudy and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leadsQualifications:Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry3 or more years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitalityGood organization and time management skillsDemonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilitiesHigh school diploma or GED, and bachelor's degree in business or related field preferredAbout Company:Newly refreshed with elegant style, Cherry Valley Hotel offers classic accommodations amidst a charming, pastoral location in the Ohio countryside.
