Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress Work in a team environment coaching new hires. Actively recruit new hires to build your team. Manage and mentor your team throughout the hiring, training and mentoring process.
