• Identify and target potential clients for BPO services• Develop and execute effective sales strategies• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers• Propose tailored BPO solutions to client needs• Deliver compelling sales presentations• Collaborate with the proposal team to develop customized proposals• Present proposals and respond to client queries• Lead negotiations and close deals• Maintain accurate records of sales activities• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• 5+ years of successful experience in BPO sales or related industry• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools• Understanding of BPO processes, technologies, and best practices• Must be authorized to work in the country• Must be willing to submit background/security investigation and drug screening
